1:1 COACHING

with Coach Ny

You know something needs to change.

You might just need some help working out what — and what to do next.

You’ve built a life, taken on responsibilities and achieved things you’re proud of. But perhaps there’s an area where you feel stuck. You keep thinking about making a change, but you’re not sure where to begin. Or you know exactly what needs to happen, yet somehow you’re struggling to follow through.

You don’t need another person telling you what you should be doing. You need space to think, someone who will ask the right questions, and a practical plan you can actually work with. That’s where coaching comes in.

How I can help

My coaching is personalised to you, your circumstances and what you want to achieve. We might work on confidence and self-belief; boundaries and relationships; career and leadership decisions; habits, discipline and consistency; wellbeing and balance; organisation, priorities and time management; purpose, direction and personal goals.

We won’t just talk about what’s happening. We’ll explore what’s behind it, decide what matters most and identify what you’re going to do differently.

We begin by understanding where you are and what you want to change. Then we identify your priorities, develop practical actions, review what’s working and make adjustments as you progress. This isn’t about trying to change your whole life overnight. It’s about making meaningful progress, one intentional decision at a time.

You won’t just leave sessions knowing more. You’ll know what you’re doing next.
